Summary of the Project: Project Goal – construction of a factory producing vitally-needed parenteral solutions in forms and technology with no analogues in Russia and the CIS countries. The cost of product will be 1,5-2 times cheaper than that made in Krasnoyarsk, Penza and others that have lower quality and less attractive packing. The special interest are medicines in smaller packing (2-10 ml.) produced to substitute glass ampoules or in syringe-tubes. The main products of the factory are PET and medical plastic items – disposable syringes, catheters, blood and blood-substitute transfusion sets as well as high-purity apyrogenic sterile water in combination with other components (salts, glucose, etc.). Production is ecologically pure and Russian-made raw materials are used. Plastic packing makes products lighter, easier-to-use. Bottles are not fragile, freeze-resistant and can be transported without special conditions in winter. Usage of plastic ampoules is more comfortable and secures fast treatment, especially outside hospitals.

Summary of the Project: Goal of Project – supplying with SW and USW radiotelephone communication to repair groups going to hard-to-reach places for work or emergency fighting for power transmission lines, oil and gas pipelines, as well as mini-radio exchanges for providing mobile communication for hard-to-reach settlements.
Each CMRU consists of two mobile engineering areas one of which is transported to the place of work and the other is place near the center of work management in a town or settlement 500 km. away or more.
Each engineering area is a receiver-transmitter with subsystems:
- USW phone communication,
- SW phone communication (with connection with a city automatic-telephone system) and telegraph radio communication,
- energy supply,
- life support.
A USW system is based on principles of trunking communication and provides communication between subscribers scattered within the radius of 20 km.
The radio communication is made with the help of portable USW radio stations via a booster converter placed in an engineering area. If transportable radio stations are used the radius is increased up to 304-0 km.
A SW-telephony and telegraphy subsystem is used the communication is provided for an CMRU placed near workplace away from a management center up to 500 km. and more.
CMRU's use of modern information technologies (trunking system of USW radio communication, possibility of entering a city automatic-telephone system, high responsivity and selectivity of a transmitter and high capacity of a transmitter 350-500 Wt.) provides it high competitiveness.
On the above-mentioned equipment signed are delivery protocols with Sibnef-Noyabrskneftegaz OAO, Russian Energy Ministry, Russian Emergency Ministry, Russian Ministry of Interior Affairs guaranteeing sales.

Estimated Cost of the Project
: US$0,188m
Feasibility Study: Available
Recuperation Period: 1,75 years

Summary of the Project: Serial production of small NÀ4 (NÀ8) membrane-piston high-speed pumps designed for:
- individual regulated pumping of water into injection wells, for dosage of corrosion and salt inhibitors;
- chemical water pumping and water preparation, input and dosed supply of inhibitors;
- dosed supply of reagents for lowering temperature of liquid freezing;
- dosed supply and feeding control for reagents, raw materials, components, additives;
- systems of fire fighting, feeding control in high-pressure water jets, including mobile ones ;
- supply of solvents, , deoxidizing agent, deemulsifiers.
There are advantages of the machine with the same input parameters if compared with similar machines:
- much lower dimensions and weight;
- possibility of regulation of productivity during work without stop;
- cooling of working medium (mineral oil) is made by pumped liquid;
- diagnostics of membrane destruction;
module form of pump, possibility of work with electric engine of various capacity;
possibility of work at various modes of load.
On the above-mentioned equipment signed are delivery protocols with Slavneft-Megionneftegaz OAO, Bashneft OAO, Surgutneftegaz OAO, Gazprom OAO, Nizhnevartovskneftegaz-TNK OAO, Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz OAO, Tatneft OAO, guaranteeing sales.

Summary of the Project: Every year many forest thinners in the Omsk oblast as well as in Siberia are not used due to unprofitability of its transportation and processing.
We plan to install the HEW-SAW R250 milling-squaring multiledger for making high-quality out of forest thinners. The machine makes it possible to cut crooked thinner. In one in-feed the machine allows to receive finished boards with high quality of surface and precise dimensions from plan logs with top diameter of 100-300 mm. (max. diameter of butt end – 500 mm.) and high-quality industrial pulpchips.
Cost of tree-length materials is US$2,4 per a cubic meter. After transportation the cost increases up to US$5,8. Cost of finished board is US$51.

Annual Output:
60 000 cubic meters.
Estimated Cost of the Project: US$1,5m
Feasibility Study: Available
Recuperation Period: 2 years
