Short-run and individual production with specific requirements
stipulated by the customer. Forgings are made of carbon, alloy and
stainless steel ingots of shaft, disk, cylinder, ring, bar type, etc. of
weight up to 12.5 tons with mechanical treatment and ultrasonic testing
according to SEP 1921. System for production of ingots from special types
of steel with low carbon, sulfur and phosphorus content allows to obtain
steel with high performance properties conforming to API, NACL, ASTM
standards, etc. High quality of metallurgical products is achieved by
combining microalloying with vacuum treatment, refining of melt with
plasma using a special system of out-of-furnace steel treatment and system
of high-temperature thermal treatment.
